How much should I order?

A guide for chicken with salad or hot-food sides. Adjust for appetites and any other food you’re serving.

Tray quantities cover one side serving per guest in total, shared across your chosen salads and hot food. We use the lower end of each serving range to allow a little extra. Chips are not included in this calculation.
